SNAX by Lala is a bold and beautiful lipstick line created by drag artist and beauty enthusiast Lala Luzious. Our mission is to serve high-impact, long-lasting lip colors that celebrate self-expression, inclusivity, and confidence—whether you're on stage or just slaying your day.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN AND CRUELTY-FREE? 


Yes! All SNAX by Lala products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals—just eager lips.

HOW LONG DO YOUR LIPSTICKS LAST?

Our matte formulas are designed to be long-wearing and transfer-resistant. With proper prep (like exfoliation and lip liner), many customers report 6–8 hours of wear—even through snacks and sips.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER? 

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect. 

 WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

We ship via USPS both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in Minneapolis, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer. PRE-ORDER ITEMS WILL SHIP ON OR BEFORE DATE LISTED IN PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

 

RETURN POLICY

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your SNAX purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you will need to return your product, please review the information below. Products purchased must be returned in new condition and within 14 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must remain in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Regrettably, we are unable to refund original shipping costs with the return. Return shipping and handling charges are your responsibility and will not be refunded unless you received damaged merchandise. Please ensure you retain your tracking number, as refunds cannot be issued until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not liable for lost packages. All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item. Kindly allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to reflect on your credit card statement. Please refrain from mailing any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
